Cold Brew

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Singh Beans Coffee (coarse grind, 4 oz or 113 grams)

  • Water (4 cups)

  • Coffee grinder

  • Large jar or water jug for storing cold brew overnight

  • Strainer

  • Cheesecloth

  • Jar or bottle to store for serving

METHOD:

  1. Measure out 4 oz of whole bean coffee and place them in your coffee or spice grinder. Set it to the coarsest setting or quick 2-4 pulses on your grinder. Should be the rough size of raw sugar.

  2. In the brewing jar, fill it with water and add your freshly grounded coffee. Stir to make sure all the coffee has been saturated by the water.

  3. Screw the lid or cover sealed overnight for at least 12 hours. Refrigerated or counter top is fine. Both require the same brewing time.

  4. Now its time to strain the cold brew. Line the cheesecloth onto the strainer and over a measuring jug or bowl. Pour the coffee.

  5. Pour the filtered cold brew into any bottle or jar for easy pouring.

  6. Add more water or milk to dilute along with some ice. Enjoy.
