Q. So how does this work?

A. Due to our current volume, we do a roast once a month and we try to ship your order so you receive it in the middle of the month. This allows us to maintain the freshness of the roasted coffee beans and allows you to have the best experience with our products. Please be patient with us as there may be times where an order will not be fulfilled right away.

Q. Where do you ship?

A. Currently, we only ship across Canada. If you live in the UK, please visit the United Kingdom page.

Q. How do you ship my order?

A. We use Canada Post Standard service for all orders.

Q. What are your delivery charges?

A. The shipping rates are based on our rates with Canada Post. All shipping is done from Vancouver, BC. Shipping usually takes 1-2 days in British Columbia and up to 4-5 days in all other Provinces. Please allow a few extra days during public holidays.
