At Singh Beans, we take the initiative not just to provide our customers with products of premium quality but also great service. A way we achieve this is through our time-efficient and effective shipping guidelines. The nature of our business allows us to ship from our roaster in Vancouver to across Canada. 

Fulfillment

Our coffee is freshly roasted in batches every 3-4 weeks. We bag it and ship it out as soon as we can.

UNITED STATES (U.S.)

We are pleased to offer shipping to our U.S. customers! Please note the following important information regarding cross-border orders:

  • Tariffs and Duties: Due to current trade regulations, roasted coffee shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to U.S. tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival at the border.

  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and are not included in your order total or shipping costs paid to Singh Beans.

  • Payment: The customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes assessed by U.S. Customs directly to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) or CBP to receive the order. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held or returned.

We strive to make the process as seamless as possible, but we encourage U.S. customers to be aware of the potential for these additional import costs.
